This tank was painted in the 1990s This tank, dedicated to service members of the area, was created by Trish Rowan in the 1990s.
Members of the community, including Trish Rowan, Lyn Bahnish, Shane Weedman, Judy Powell, and Lloyd Bruggeman, contributed to the artwork.
The painting process involved a unique method of using an overhead projector on the ground to project the image onto the tank at night.
Judy Powell, Lloyd Bruggeman, and Lyn Bahnish then climbed onto the back of a ute to paint the outline and fill it in. Bob Williams generously donated the paint and assisted
in preparing the tank, while other painters and artists collaborated to bring the artwork to life.
