Stansbury Water Tower Art - South Australia

The Stansbury Water Tower Art, crafted by Mike Makatron and Conrad Bizjak, was completed on the 29th of May 2021, requiring just

13 days to reach its fruition. Situated in Stansbury, the water tower pays homage to the distinctive coastline that frames the

township.

Oyster Bay, renowned for its oyster farms yielding the sought-after Pacific Oyster, takes centre stage in the design. Additionally, the

artwork prominently features other Indigenous fauna, including the iconic Blue Swimmer Crab, Pelican,

and Dolphin.



Moreover, the design incorporates elements such as Norfolk Island pines, the town jetty, the iconic coastline, and the abundant Ribbon

Seaweed that characterizes the

area.
