Very little is known about this water tank, but I can tell you that the tank was painted before November 2016.

The artwork on the tank serves as a tribute to the Kinglake Rangers, a region where notable attractions like Bollygum Park can be found.

Bollygum Park is a magical playground inspired by the award-winning children’s book “Bollygum” by Garry Fleming. Spanning over two and a half acres, this enchanting wonderland offers a range of engaging features, including a climbing wall, monkey bars, rope bridges, a flying fox, a wave slide, bird nest swings, and an architecturally designed skate park.
