Simon White painted the Bemm River Water Tank Art in February 2023.

Simon’s objective was to depict the local bird life, including a Sea Eagle, Azure Kingfisher, and other Indigenous birds. His design also

aimed to showcase the Bemm River, which is incorporated into the front of the tank, allowing it to be visible from the main car park

and road.

The tank’s 360-degree coverage enables it to be viewed from all angles, bringing Simon’s complete vision to life. The township is

situated on the north-western shore of Sydenham Inlet. This natural coastal inlet extends to the sand hills along the Tasman Sea shoreline of the South Pacific Ocean. The area is renowned for its excellent Bream fishing.
